What a pleasant surprise! the hotel was located just a short walk from a large mall with a supermarket, delicious restaurants and fast, food options. the swimming pool was definitely the best part of my stay , a refreshing heated pool that was 20 meters long. Everything was spotlessly clean and well, maintained, from the stylishly decorated room to the public areas. the staff were friendly and eager to help. Plus, I enjoyed the tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant, reasonably priced considering the quality of the food.
The breakfast was not as good as expected, lacking variety and fresh juices. Unfortunately, some of the tables were not cleaned after previous guests left, an issue that could easily be solved by the staff.

the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were available for our relaxation and rejuvenation. the exclusive room advantages included a well-equipped fitness centre, private facilities, and a restaurant with delicious international cuisine.
Despite the excellent facilities, we noticed a minor issue with the BBQ facilities that needed some maintenance. the staff was quick to address the problem and resolve it.

Spent the New Year holidays at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning and the festive decorations throughout the hotel added to the holiday atmosphere.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The gym equipment was outdated and in need of maintenance.

The staff was professional and efficient, ensuring my satisfaction by promptly addressing my concern about sunflower seeds on the floor. The room facilities were checked in front of me before I moved in. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near transportation and had ample parking.
There was nothing I didn't like.

During my recent stay, I had a pleasant experience with a very professional and friendly staff who always went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the spacious room was well-maintained, and the bathroom had all necessary amenities. the hotel is situated in a convenient location that made it easy to get around and explore the city. the buffet breakfast served a nice range of Chinese dishes, and the gym facilities were excellent.
One thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the restaurant tables, which were not always cleaned promptly after guests left.
